Broken Pieces

Broken Pieces

LANGUAGE:English

The past never really goes away, it just gets buried a little deeper.

Barbara’s world revolves around archaeology. Now it is turned upside down by the disappearance in Egypt of her
husband Harold: her partner in both her life and work.
Broken Pieces chronicles Barbara’s bittersweet process of remembering – tracing backwards through time to uncover, reclaim and honour both Barbara’s own experiences and Harold, the great love of her life.

Performed by Queen's Hall Adult Drama Group in association with Théâtre Sans Frontières
Broken Pieces was commissioned originally for the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA), Elders Theatre Company in 2014. This will be the play’s North East premiere and is supported by the Northumberland Cultural Fund.
